    Help needed ID'ing Firing Pins

I need some help in ID'ing these firing pins.

In looking at the VI Shooters site i know the middle FP is a Remington A3.

The bottom one is a late 03/early A3 but I can't identify the D that is stamped on it. It came out of the bolt on an A3 I am returning to original after being lightly sportered. The bolt body on that one is a Smith-Corona but is mixed with other Remington parts.

The top one is blued like an Remington A3 and mostly shaped like one but the R looks like it was stamped after being blued and is not the same font R as on the middle one. Also the knurling is different.

Any other help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Norm

all are Remington A3, of different time frames. bottom looks to be an early 03 to A3 type.
all were originally blued in color, and were parkerized during rebuild or repack.

All three firing pins are Remington.

    The "D" is a poorly-stamped "R".

The bottom firing pin is from a late '03 or early '03-A3.

I agree with ChuckinDenver, all were originally blued.

    Thank you John.
So I guess the stampings changed over time as well as the other parts.

    Thanks again.
