    Type 1 WRA slide Problem

I have a Type 1 WRA slide that will jump out of the Receiver track and off of
the bolt when I cycle it. Have not fired it, just don't seem safe.
Track on barrel is fine, other slides work okay, is any way to fix?
These Slides are very hard to come by.

If it is worn, it will jump out, especially if you use any outward pressure. Try to post a pic. I have had them loose, but because of the mechanics of the bolt cycling, it did not jump out firing. If worried, though, I wouldn't shoot it. Try a different slide and see if it is the receiver or the slide that way.

I recall someone having some spot weld build up done on a slide's pads. They were worn down also. Guy ended up filing down the added metal and was good to go.

I had one doing the same thing, ended up swapping out the spring and worked fine.

    Good Luck,
    Charlie
