    .303 Ammo Reference Book

Any recommendations on a good .303 Ammo reference book? I tried google and it directed me to a couple of good sites, but I was hoping to add a good reference book to my Enfield library.

    303 books

The definitive book on .303 ammunition is ".303" by Labbett and Mead. Unfortunately now out of print and very expensive if you can find a copy.

However, if it is identification you are interested in, dare I suggest my own effort, "Headstamps and Markings on .303 inch Britishicon Service Ammunition".

    PM for details.

That original 'green book' of Tony's was for many years just about the only thing available on the subject.
