Recent purchase from Gunbroker. Asked a ton of questions and decided to buy. Who would have thought. Now I know why people don't want you to take apart rifles for inspection. Gonna have to try to return this one. #*@%!

The bottom of the receiver looks irregular, is it a recovered drill rifle?

thats a done deal, id say that receiver was heavy rusted, or in a fire at some time, and thats were the crack came from, looks like its been ground on at some time as well.
id send that one back pretty darn fast, Hatcher hole looks like an add on as well.

Did you buy this as a complete rifle or as a barreled receiver? If a complete rifle, was it a sporter or original configuration? It doesnt really matter, just a personal curiosity.
