    Standard Small Arms

Oh gosh, I think I've stumbled on a "Peddled Scheme". I have been searching for many years and this one just fell out of the tree and I was there. It's a Australianicon gun with no import marks and looks original. I'll post some pictures when it gets here...probably late next week. Regards, Rick.

Yep, I've had many of them. It's always a small thrill to me when I find one. I've always found SSA examples, however. Looking for that rare and elusive NRF example!

What makes this one neat is that it appears to have been shipped new to Australiaicon as payback for the Lithgows shipped to Englandicon early in the war. When it arrives I'll take some pictures of the proof marks and cartouches. From the sketchy information it seems legit and has no import mark. Regards, Rick.
