CZ BRNO 98/22 Mauser Rear Sight Removal

I want to take the rear sight elevation lever and spring off to get some rust off the spring. How does the lever come off. I have driven the pin out, but there must be more to it than that.

Push down on the sight and to the rear and the sight will slide out. Helps to have a buddy as this is a 3 hand job. Use the handle of a wooden screwdriver to push down, good luck.
