    PISTOL, revolver No2 EMER

Would there be any mileage whatsoever in getting the No2 revolver EMER re-written to include all of the amendments and published in pamphlet form and to additionally include the parts list?

Last published in EMER form in 1958 with small amendments up to 1966 so all those that exist now are almost illegible so it'll mean a complete re-write.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. PISTOLO, I thought it was Spanish Pistol day, or you were addressing your post to a Latin fellow with an unusual name.

Peter if you have scans for the EMER I can do transcription, I write safety manuals for a living now, so it's more of the same but the subject matter would actually be interesting.

As a project let me know if you would want me to help and we can discussion the look and feel of the finished document.

I think there'd be quite a bit of interest in it - there's surprisingly little information on the Enfield No. 2 revolvers out there; the majority of what I've encountered has come either from this forum or from Ian Skennertonicon & Mark Stamps' book on the pistol; with a few extra tidbits gleaned from contemporary sources like the 1940s Basic Manual of Military Small Arms-type books.
