    Springfield 1903 USMC rifle

I have had this rifle for quite a long time, at the time of purchase, I was doing a lot of M1icon Rifle and Winchester M70 NM shooting. I remember checking the headspace and firing a few round rounds. This rifle still looks good after being rebuild. Bolt is B1 and barrel is Sedgley 9-41, notice the barrel looks to have a blue tint ? Stock is without a cartouche.
    I am glad that I just put the rifle away and did not use it.Attachment 92080Attachment 92081Attachment 92082Attachment 92083Attachment 92084Attachment 92085Attachment 92086

Very nice Marine rifle in a great Marine serial range. Thanks for sharing!

I guess my 4-digit S/N '03 is wall art even with Remington's "Managed Recoil" cartridge?

    four digit rifles

I bought these receivers on the CMPicon auctions and built them up with parts/barrels
and stocks. More fun to build them as pre or WW1 period rifles rather than sell off the
parts. Receivers are original color as received. Attachment 94778Attachment 94779Attachment 94780

    I do shoot them with a 30-06 chamber adopter 32 ACP/32 S&W and 32 S&W long, nice
and accurate at pistol range distance
