James Lacy L42A1 “The Last Lee Enfield”

An excellent video on the L42A1, and on how well they can perform From 100 yards to 600 yards. Found it to be interesting and informative

    Best watched at 1.5x speed.

Did he ever actually show what kind of groups he was getting?
“There are invisible rulers who control the destinies of millions. It is not generally realized to what extent the words and actions of our most influential public men are dictated by shrewd persons operating behind the scenes.”

    Edward Bernays, 1928

Much changes, much remains the same.

No details on the actual group size. Also often refering to it as .308 at times. What ammo was he using?
It was a long video with not a lot of information.

From his M39 video he says the black triangle is 3x3x3”, so you can work out a group on that size and the type of target. The ammunition is not factory but handloads of 308 PPU brass, 155rg Nosler CC heads with 44.5 gr 8208 XBR powder. No mention of primer but I would imagine CCI 200 is standard. Mv 2800fps is nato L2A2.
