    PODD rebuild Philippine Ordnance Depot

    Most of the PODD stamps (last D is inspector) Have the BA-WL or variations of the inspector stamps and never seen the PODD with Ogden Arsenal stamp. When the Japaneseicon invaded the Philippines the POD disappeared for good.
