international-Military-antiques , on e bay has a very good derusting and cleaning kit for 39.95 , they work miracles on old rifles and firearms like the one you have , i have taken much rougher and used this kit to make it look spectacular , will not harm finish or alter rifle in any way , give em a look on e bay , you get enough to do several firearms and it works awesome , take a look at a few they use as example , i highly recommend this kit for restoring the old look and removing surface grime and rust fom old mil-surps or firearms, you can use the stock cleaning solution to remove grease and will not remove original finish, hope that helps my friend ,that is a great old piece you have there, well worth the 39.95 and elbow grease to make it look spectacular for its age.
