This one appears to match Kev's Iraqi example... the triangle logo with arabic numerals enscribed below matches the pattern in his pictures above... I have the rear section of a BRNO double dovetail...

If it is not clamping completely before running out of adjustment throw... how about adding a washer of shim material to the stack to allow for quicker clamping... it probably would not take very...

You might also want to look into finding a replacement front attachment pivot... from the picture above it looks like a bar has been welded to a flat spot ground on the top of the attachment point...
