  1. Bowhunter Scene on Hard Rubber Buttplate: Artemis?

    Hi all,

Just picked this up from eBay for, I think, a really great price.

Has anyone seen one before? Did some maker use these or is it a custom thing?

    Thanks for looking!

Lots of really nice 1903 sporters out there in a variety of calibers. Be careful though...that's a real rabbit hole.

I don’t have any basis for this but I feel like Skip Shafer may be the photographer for the modeling agency.

That probably doesn’t really help but there it is.

It's not often thought of this way but the venerable 30-06 cartridge is a pretty powerful little bomb.
I would 100% NOT trust this rifle to contain that bomb again under any circumstance.

Agreed! That’s a fine price. You have a lot of room dollar wise to get the parts you need.

I’d second the 38 special idea. That would be just too cool in a trapdoor.

I take it you got a good deal on it as a cut down 50-70.

In my opinion this would translate to a fantastic price...

WTB: Smith and Wesson J-Frame Grip Adapter

    Hey all,
I have a really ragged Smith and Wesson 36 I’d like to add a grip adapter to.
