    Apparently the barrel on my Envoy is the right type (snake skin hammer forged) but its longer then the standard as they seem to be about 27" long, while mine is a 29" long barrel. So not exactly too strict of a standard if I may say so myself.

    Anyways I got the mounts, had trouble finding rings so I made up my own they were made together so they are "matched" ...





    I included a counterbored hole for a lock washer hidden behind the clamping piece hidden from view to prevent the rings from getting lose once installed without the use of Loc-Tite.



    They are at the anodizers currently (picked up by their courier today).

    Now to go to Ellwood Epps and have the mounts installed.
