Help to identify this scope No 32 - MK1 - 1942
Hi all,
I appoligaise for this post if its in the wrong place. (hence this post)
I have a (I think) WW2 Sniper Scope, the details stamped on the body are as follows:
TEL SIGHTING
No 32 MK1
W
1942 No 2071
OS 466 A
Also a small up arrow underneath
I need to post details and a request for advice for a valuation and where is the best place to offer it for sale.
This is my first post so I don't wish to be branded a prat.
Regards
Tony

If you want to sell it, put it on that well known auction site. That's all there is to it. That way you will get the price that someone wants to pay for it. That isn't what it's worth, or it's value. It's just the price that someone is willing to pay

A question while we're kind of on the subject; Is it forbidden to name that well known auction site even though we all know what it is?

Could you do me a favour and check the turret body carefully for a small Magen David (Israeli star).
The serial number 2071 puts in within a small number of Mk.1 scopes found with Israeli markings.
Just a shot in the dark...
Thanks
