    P.H. on M1917

Did Parker Hale prduce a scale plate for their No5b sight graduated for the 30-06 to enable the sight to be used on the M1917?

    Scale Plate

I don't believe so. The AJP 4/47 Twin Zero is the only one you can get calibrated for a caliber other than 303 Britishicon, and it is calibrated for the issue 7.62 NATO round (the L2A2 I believe), and not a match round. However, I have one on my 1917 and it works just fine. I just have to record my comeups from my mechanical zero which is always at 200 rounds using a standard SR target. I use the range scale on the right to get my rough comeup and fine tune it with vernier scale on the left, both of which are large and very easy to read.

Thanks Kieth. Isn't that a 5b I see on your M1917, or does the scale plate from the TZ sight fit on a 5b?

    P-h 5b

It's an out of the box 5B. The scales on the Twin Zero are completely different. The picture below is of the Twin Zero on my L39A1 Enfield.
