In my opinion also, way over priced....
I wouldn't pay more then $600-$700 for something "cobbled" together, as this one appears to be.
If you check in the Russia - Milsurp Knowledge Library, you'll see an "all correct" example of a 1944 Mosin-Nagant M91-30 Sniper Rifle (Mfg by Ishevsk Arsenal) ... click here.
It was picked up at a local Ontario gun show for under $1,000

I just recently sold a 43 Tula Ex-PU that was professionally restored using original WW2 soviet parts and scope, with canvas cover and all accessories for $1250.
From wht I gather, this rifle being advertised may only be a converted infantry rifle - not sure. The scope appears to be a new Ukrainian repro.
IMHO, it's over priced by at least $600 - perhaps more. Would need to see pics.

I wonder when he says "New PU Scope", if he means a modern reproduction?
I agree, pics (and lots of them) would help, but I suspect it is a pieced together infantry rifle as well.

I'd have a hard time going $800 for it. It's like a custom car, not necessarily worth the sum of it's parts at resale time.
