CC data sheet questions

i have the revised 7-01-08 data sheet, it doesnt ask which trigger i have, i definately have a type one, according to reisch 's book didnt come on my carbine, ser #14146XX
my question is, do they have an updated one that asks which trigger is on the rifle?
