If youre needing an unmarked post-war springfield safety, I have one i'll trade you. I need a WRA safety and have a Springfield I don't need. Ironically My Winchester is all black Greek park so that's even a perk!

Ok, I am new to this, but I got an HRA with a completely Winchester trigger group? So I take it this is a find? I know people like Winchesters, it just isnt my thing.

The WIN parts are collectible to some especially if you are doing a restoration. I was waiting to see if anyone recognized the trigger guard. That was more exciting to me!

I had to get the book out to find that!!! P/N C46025, start of production through Sept '39.

Here is another pic. When I saw the concentric rings I figured it was an early part. Then I turned it over and saw the part number. From what I've read this one started around 16,000.

Nice score! I didn't even notice the concentric rings at first. Those rings identify it as early more so than that number, since it looks like the next version retains that number but loses the rings.
