Did SA make a 6 groove?

Theoretically, more rifling grooves will produce better accuracy. But one rapidly reaches a point of diminishing returns.
I speculate that a 6-groove barrel will be quicker and cheaper to manufacture. 6 grooves requires the removal of less metal from the bore, but, of course, produces a bit higher back pressure during firing.
I am unaware of SA making any 6-groove barrels.
Hope this helps.
