My ex-father-in-law once told me he used a BAR in goats that were on San Clemente Island in the early 1950s.

I've been to San Clemente Island in about 1984 and that's about all that could live there. Very foggy too. Remnants of early rifle range and that's about it. We were doing amphib ops with Amtracs.
