VIHTAVOURI N-135 in the Garand ?

Well now that I can't find any N-140 in my area or on the web, I got a keg of N-135 coming. Anybody used this in their Garand ?

If so - how was the performance ?

I'm using 168 grn bullets and would like to know if anyone is as well and
what powder charge seems the best.

Hi Jocko,

the N135 is a good choice for lighter bullets( lighter than 155grs) if you use heavier bullets the better choice wouldt be the N540 wich has a burningrate of the N140 or the N550. I used the N135 in my M1917 and i found that it heats up the barrel to quick so that you have mirage on the barrel wich is not so funny.
