    Hi Frank,
I just sent the seller of the S'G' stock a question.
Asked if he could post a picture of the crack and it's location, along with any slingwell markings.
Also asked if he would post his answers with in his description.

Charlie thanks, were you interested in bidding on it?. I could not lighten it up but I think the crack was in the last pic, near the recoil plate. We'll be able to tell when he gets a better picture up.....Frank

    Frank,
I think it's a small hairline behind the recoil plate. But not positive.
    We'll see when he answers.
No bidding from me, I'm all set with the S'G' stocks.

Did you notice the helmet he's offering?
    No bids yet.......$20 to open.
Harlan might know if it's the real deal..........

Guys, not sure about the helmet, but that liner looks non-WWII to me... wish the pic was clearer.

The interior harness of the liner looks nothing like my dad's liner from WW2 which I still have. The helmet is the right color and design, but I can't be sure.
