I am not an expert, though I have been corrected by plenty over the years.

It is flat under the forearm like a Winchester, the M2 cut is not factory, the wear & dings looks honest, the #8612 stamped inside reeks of a Bavarian past and while the cartouche is nice, its not too nice. I'm not familiar with the seller, but it looks like he specializes in real USGI gear.

My uninformed opinion is that it is a real Winchester stock. That and a buck will get you a cup of coffee some places.

Why do you think its not?

It sure should....blown up as large as my browser allows, I think I can almost see a shadow of one, but the way the wood grain flows seems to make it less likely. Light can play tricks however.

Without paying any attention to the markings/stampings on the Ebay stock,

A few quick things to just look at-
The Front barrel channel length, both inside and outside.
The larger sized milling bit used inside the stocks op slide well.
The front edge of the slingwell cut. (yes many/most WRA have a taper but not all, and a few other makers had that taper)

Top and bottom of the stocks comb.
Distance and angle of the left rear side of the oiler slot in relation to the buttplate wood.
Thickness of the buttplate wood.
Lack of the divet area on top of the escutheon nut.
No divet to be seen on the under side just forward of the magwell.

If the sellers pictures were as nice as yours dnikkor, I doubt very much that stock would be in the $225+ range.
5 or 6 bidders at this point. I've heard that these Dupage/Boyd stocks cost more if it has a WRA profile.
Figure in the price of a bogus stamp..... Well let's just say lets hope it doesn't end up under our Christmas trees !

Well said Charlie, I have three Win. stocks in the shop now and the stamps are nothing like the e-bay one.
To bad they think they have to do that.
I bought a NPM carbine at a show a couple of years ago that had a stock like that on it. It did not have any bougus stamps, told the seller I would buy it without the stock and made a good deal on the rifle. I had a nice stock at home to put it in.
