Plus aren't you in the market for a early Inland stock for your newly picked up 775,000?
Did we ever nail down if you needed a I cut or Oval Hi-wood?

I've got 1 more payment to make to my Washington state buddy for a ~31K WRA, Top Priority.
Next:
I'm needing a Inland Type III stock with a nice CC. Have been thinking about posting a trade add, since I'm sitting on extra WRA, IBM, Stan Pro and RMC stocks.
Then figure in extra bolts, housings, slides, hammers, frt sights, triggers, safeties...etc.
First I need to list my wants and what can go.
As you know that can take some time............

Maybe after the weekend. It's warm here now, so plenty of big storms. Daughters dog whined all night, shes affraid of thunder and lightning, made for a long night. And now getting bad lighting again, I'd better shut down. Talk to ya'll in the morning!

The stock has been poorly sanded and has an oil finish. I'd say it was overpriced by 50% if not more.

I agree. BTW, to obtain an authentic looking stock surface -- and to facilitate absorption of raw linseed oil -- no finer than 180 grit sandpaper (maybe 150 grit depending on the hardness and grain character of the wood) should be used -- that is about the grit fineness used during original production.

Looking for oval cut, high wood, type II stock for that 775,000. I think I cuts went bye bye a few hundred thousand before that.

He has changed his name again. Used to be Ugoernie a few years ago. He was known for sell bad restorations as originals and had fake parts on many of them. Looks like he has not changed his ways. Another one to add to your list Charlie.
