Can a L42A1 7.62 sniper be imported into canada from the USA???

You might want to contact Jason at http://www.irunguns.ca/. With his assistance I imported a No 4 Mk 1 (T) from the USA
, I'm not sure if a L42A1 is exportable from the states, good luck.

Just talked with a guy who receintly imported one into Canada
.They are allowed,no issues.
Up untill jan this year ,for a short time,all 7.62 and 5.56 military rifles were banned from export from the USA
.

Yes,It was a L-42.No problems with import.

Yep, they were banned from USA
export from approximately November 2010 until January 2013. All OK now.
