Help With M1 Barrel ID

I have an M1 Barrel with poorly stamped date. Wonder if anyone can identify the year from the codes on top the barrel?Attachment 64675Attachment 64676

I have data on a barrel with the following: side marking 1-S-A--10-43 top D35448-27-Y-21-A

Looks like a '43 to me.

My data shows D35448-27-A-38-C is a 7-43 barrel. Your pic leads me to believe your barrel is marked 6-43.
