I found one that I posted on enfield resource, and I still know nothing about them. They're so close to a Central I've wondered if they're a semi licensed late run, perhaps for a different rate of adjustment.

Answer a long time coming, but that looks to be a mount for a BSA CFT Palma-type target rifle (PM sent!). Arthur Clarke used to sell the BSA CFTs from new with these sights back in the 1980s. Centrals were by then out of patent so the A. E. Clarke sight was a straight clone.

From the screw holes and their associated flat, it looks like it would fit a Parker-Hale 1200TX receiver.
