Crown marking on BSA made No. 3 T sniper?

Any ideas to the meaning of the crown marking? I only know the FF in a circle from the BSA made rifles, the crown marking is something new for me.

I just noticed that someone else here once had posted pictures of his Irish sniper, which has the same markings too. However, the one in the Knowledge Libraryicon doesn't. Any suggestions on that?!

Looks like a standard Britishicon inspectors marking to me.

Viewer's mark, shows it conforms to the spec.

Noticing that the rifle in the Knowledge Libraryicon doesn't have this marking, would this have any meaning that others have it while the one in the MKLicon doesn't?
