I was finally able to try out the Hi Lux 2-7x32 scope on my K11. I found that 3.5 to 4x was the 'sweet spot' for maintaining the long eye relief for this scope.
Bottom line is that with the original irons sights, I could get windage on but I was doomed to shoot WAY low at 100 yards. Couldn't find taller front sight posts and my eyes were having trouble focussing on the irons sights anyway. The solution seems to be this scope mounted on an S&K K31 mount. I was all over my 6" gong at 100 yards and am very happy with that result. Time will tell if the scope or mount have issues but for now, I'd have to say "problem solved", and this rifle really is fun to shoot.Information
