Delay between sending private messages
Could something be done so that those who have been members for some time do not have to wait 45 seconds(?) between sending private messages?
I realize this was intended to inhibit spamming, but it's a pain to write a message and then have to hang about waiting to send it.
Yes, I know to just open the forum in another tab, carry on and then come back to the first tab once the time is up, but I doubt everyone does.

Message Throttle Quantity
This limits the number of messages the user can send within the 60 second Throttle Check Period ... from zero to 5
In other words, you can send 5 new PM's now every 60 seconds, but regular free members are still subject to a 60-second delay between PM's.

Just got the "This forum requires that you wait 90 seconds between sending private messages. Please try again in _ seconds." message again.
