WW2 German 75mm Shell
This inert, FFE, shell was recently sold to me by an antique shop as a WW2 German
7.5 cm shell. I could tell in the shop by looking at it that it isn't a WW1 German 7.5 cm shell but is it WW2 German shell? I did wonder if it is a 75mm shell from another nation?

Thanks Jim. It is difficult to read but I think it is "34 followed by DU over JM.
I may need to clean it up a bit more.

Thanks Jim, I've cleaned the shell up a bit and there appear to be at least 3 Waffenamt markings, indicating Nazi era. It looks like the marking is au over jm.

Definitely German
and WWII. I would have guessed that from the font of the letters but the Waffen's confirm it.
