David Gordon's WW II Tommy Weapons/Equipment/Uniforms UPDATED Volumes

FYI, if you have the first editions of any of David's "bibles" (prior to 2010/2011/2012 respectively), you're missing considerable additional information.

I only recently learned of this series (thanks again to Sapper740) and not knowing second editions of all three were available purchased the originals from various second-hand sellers. When another thread alerted me to David's website I learned the second editions are available direct from him at literally the same prices I paid on the second-hand market for used copies of the first editions.

His website, WWII British Military Surplus, WWII British Tommy Books, British Militaria, details the additional material in the updated editions as well as the other goodies he has for sale.

I have no business relationship with him other than as a satisfied customer, and believe our community should know about his resources.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. Manufacturer of various vintage rifle scopes for the 1903 such as our M73G4 (reproduction of the Weaver 330C) and Malcolm 8X Gen II (Unertl reproduction). Several of our scopes are used in the CMP Vintage Sniper competition on top of 1903 rifles. Brian Dick ... FYI, David offers a free master index of all subjects in all three updated books. Some subjects are covered in more than one volume with different elements covered in each. Go to WWII British Military Surplus, WWII British Tommy Books, British Militaria, then on the left side under "VISUAL COLLECTOR INDEX," click "Books on WWII British Weapons and Equipment," then click "PDF Master Index for the 3-Book WWII Tommy Series."
