    1917 CG swedish mauser M96

my swede did not come with a sling. I had 2 extra ones I had bought when I got my 1943 Husqvarna M38 short rifle. they come from sarco with quick release clip. in total I bought 3 slings and 7 quick release. 4 quick release were separate from sling setups. my question is, were quick release used on a 1917 M96 swede?
