Looks like a scope mount that clamps on the barrel and uses a long eye releif pistol scope.

    Mike,

That exact part is not listed in B Square's online catalog, but ther have a couple of items that are close. If you really want to know, I will be happy to call them and ask - they are local to me here in Fort Worth.

    Mike,

That item is not listed in their current online catalog, however there are several items close to it. If you really need to find out, I will be glad to give them a call. B squared is local to me in Fort Worth.

Mike, that is indeed a long relief scope mount. I have one like it before me as I type.
As Ed says, it's a B Square product. The one I have is one I purchased many years ago for my Dad's Universal. I picked it up at the factory office.
It never really worked out for him as a scope mount but he discovered that he could mount a small Mag Lite in it, rotate it below the barrel, and use it as a good reference point for clearing the raccoons off the patio. (He lived out in the country then). If they were in the pencil beam, they were goners.....

Thankyou Gentlemen for that very interesting info. I learn something new about Carbines everyday ! Tired, don't go to too much trouble but I'd be interested to learn the approx date of manufacture of these. Thanks. Mike.
