Very nice -- adjustable for length of pull and hieght of comb.
That could be very handy for a petite woman or a younger shooter.

You can only get it about one click shorter than the factory stock length so it's not that much shorter.
NEA has a barrel clamp rail coming out that will allow you to put a front BUIS ahead of the gas block and keep the handguard rail free for optics.

Steve:
Which one do you like better? The Rauche adaptor or the NEA? I'm thinking the NEA is superior though I'm not a fan of such large single-point loops.
What is the NEA adaptor MSRP?
Are both made of aluminum?

Ron,
Both are aluminum. The loop on the NEA adaptor isn't as large as it appears, and you can always use it as the rear mount point for a 2 pt. sling. Or get the mill running and cut them off.
"Superior" depends on your intended use. IE: do you need adjustable height, what optic/sights do you want to use, or is it just for LCF. Quality wise, the finish is better on the NEA and it's one piece, with just one insert and one bolt for hardware. The Rauch has an insert and bolt to hold the adaptor plate and two smaller bolts to hold the cup on. The Rauch piece also has sharp corners on the upper edges.
If you want to use the stock iron sights, stick with the original stock or get a fixed AR "low-tube" adaptor. If you want to use a side mounted optic like the POSP and don't care about the factory irons, or want to run an AR BUIS set-up, go with the NEA.
I intend to setup one rifle in a "simple" configuration with the NEA upper handguard and barrel clamp mount with the factory folder or fixed stock, and the other in the full-bling AR BUIS/NEA handguards/barrel clamp rail/Neit Arms bolt and mag releases. The simple rifle will have my Bushnell TRS-25 out on the barrel clamp rail so I don't have to remove it when cleaning.

I just bought another 858 that comes with the NEA upper HG, trying to decide what to put for a lower HG and stock options. I plan to make a drill/tap SVD rail for a POSP as well. I love projects.

I am special.
Haven't got the railed clamp yet, though.
Yours won't be marked like mine, either.
