Enforcer were fitted with a Parker Hale Monte Carlo butt made by Sile of Italy
, and an L39A1 forend.
The rifle in the photograph appears to have both these items.
Note that an "Enforcer" is just an assembly of common (at that time) commercial and military rifle parts, and is thus easily duplicated. A genuine Enforcer has the woodwork numbered to the rifle in a certain way, as are of course the receiver, magazine and bolt.

Enforcer Stock
The handguard should have a flat relief to provide clearance for the Pecar scope. Everything else looks OK but as Thunderbox said it should be numbered.

Here are a couple of more pictures. Wondering if they raise any red flags as to authenticity

Ask the seller if there is a serial number on the forend and butt. The handguard appears incorrect..should be thicker and have a flat section for the Pecar scope. Is there a marking on the left receiver sidewall that designates the rifle as an Enforcer

Looks like a PH5C rearsight instead of a PH5E4.
Unless the rifle rifle bears unique Enforcer markings, its just an (albeit identical) 7.62mm No4 action target rifle - about 20% of the value, in the UK
market at least.
To ID an Enforcer, we'd need to see:
1. left receiver sidewall;
2. rear of bolt;
3. underside of magazine;
4. underside of forend next to front band;
5. detail of handguard.
Internally:
6. front end of butt;
7. underside of handguard;
8. interior of forend.
