Cartouches don't look right, stake marks around the rivets, maybe refinished.
Is that ammo box original? It looks perfect!!!!

The ammo box is a new reproduction a friend of mine made. He makes a bunch of different, very cool WWII-era crates.

I think its a fake! Look at it... they considered 5 round, 10 round, 15 round, 30 round and 50 round mags... that one holds 18.... plus it has never been blued or parked!

Inland was not the guide lamp division they were the Inland division of GM. Guide lamp was in Anderson IN Inland in Dayton OH. Guide made the liberator pistol Inland made the M1
Carbine. They were two totally separate divisions of GM like Saginaw Steering gear and Inland were separate but owned by the same parent.
