Test Post
This is about my third attempt to get on this forum AND figure out how to post a picture. My initial impression is that this is about 100% more complicated than it needs to be. How do you lose the Smilies?

Don't USE the smiley's and they won't appear in your posting. For pics, I found it easier to up-load them from my computer files than to use a seperate host. (i.e.- Photobucket). For whatever reason, tests proved I could use a direct upload, but trying to use a Photobucket "url" didn't work out. I still don't know why, Like you I am NEW here.
I tryed uploading a pic for this reply, but NO JOY!!!
Like J.B. said, "I'll have to learn how to drive this thing !!"

My photo-hosting service has an option where it supplies the "IMG" on each side of the picture web address. Maybe it's because I do the same thing on other forums, but it hasn't been a major problem.

Tom,
At the top of the message page there are some icons for font & ect. The one, second from right, is the one that will let you enter & post an image (http//: ~~~) as on CSP

Tom, You can upload diectly from your desktop
At the top of the message post window, to the right of the capital letter "A" and a smiley face there is a paperclip. Click on the paperclip icon and it will let you find pictures on you computer to upload into your message. If I recall, your picture should appear in your preview.
We don't want to lose you as a contributor here.
Good luck.
Let us know if you have any more problems.
