PH 5 sight for SMLE, NOT 5A

I have a Parker Hale Model 5 sight, NOT 5A, for the SMLE rifle.
It differs from the common 5A in that the top piece has only one bar with the windage adjusting screw in the bar rather than the double bar of the 5A and other differnces like the zeroing scale plates.
I have never saw any reference to this in Parker's sight book, rifleman.org or PH catalogues.
    Anyone familiar with this model?

Does it look anything like this a 5B? A photo could be useful

No not a 5C , D or E either. I am familiar with the 5B. The PH 5 is for the SMLE with similar base as the 5A.
I am not familiar with how to post pics but I can send pics by email if someone is willing to post them.

No the base is similar to the 5A sight, not a folder like the BSA No9
