I thought that I had better not say what they look like.

I have seen it stated, on documentaries, that (some of) these "snow camo" suits /outfits were made locally for allied troops by the local civilian population because none were available through official channels.

Yes, bedsheets and such. I'm thinking this is the Ardennes offensive.

That looks like the stuff we had for liners in the Arctic tents...Bear would remember too...although some seemed to have a cotton type sheet. This one looks nylon, ours were fire retardant.

This one isn't likely anything like how it appears to me.
