It's an addiction Jim! I've got more projects than time at this point. These rifles with rust do get priority. I get this one in the boil and carded when I get back from my Deer hunt next week.

Nice save! It's a lovely looking rifle too and well worth the effort.
I do the same myself and it's always satisfying watching a rifle turn away from an inevitable nose dive into the scrap pile.

Also a passion of mine. Bubba the bubba. Done a couple sporterized ‘03s, Model 12s, a friends Krag and a Woodsman. Restocked my T-bolt and Garand
too. Retirement is nice.
