While it does'nt appear to be 100% WRA it does look like a decent rifle that would'nt take much to make correct if desired. All the big expensive stuff is there. Will be interesting to see what it brings. If I was'nt saving up for a new furnace/heating system I'd throw a few bids at it myself.
    This is your rifle correct?

The value of the parts are worth more than the starting bid.

Here is what I see. The rear sight cover is WWII SA. The op rod catch and follower arm are not WRA. I would expect a 2.3 mil Winchester to still have an early follower and as close as I can tell by the pic, yours appears to be a late follower. I would also be suspicious of the clip latch, but hard to tell without seeing the back side, unless it is marked wth an A or CM. The staking on the stacking swivel screw is not the common type seen on most Winchesters but I have seen another WRA gas cylinder with an identical staking so I don't know about that. Not knocking the rifle, as it is a very nice example and all the expensive stuff is there. Wouldn't take much to finish it off

I agree, based on the pics some receiver internals are not WRA,could possibly be other items too like the clip latch, sight base, pinion shaft and/or lockbar etc. Despite this,it would be an easy one to correct should one desire to do so. As stated above, all the big ticket items are there and look good. This one would'nt even be a challenge.
