    Remington Model 11 Questions

I have a nice Remington Model 11 that is US marked. It is the earlier model that includes the game scene on the receiver and barrel. Serial number range is 4683XX.

Questions: 1) approximate value for very good + condition 2) is it safe to shoot and if so 3) which type of ammo may be used?

    Thanks!

id say if the barrel is numbered to the receiver, its should be ok, i dont shoot anything but light game, and trap loads in mine, though im sure it would handle magnums,
without a picture or 2 a value is tough to give...yor idea of nice and my idea of nice, may be different.
