    1903A3 rehab project

I picked up this bubba'd 1903 for $235.00 and just the stock has been down. It is a shame but it is easily fixed I think. My main question is since the stock cartouches are good and no sanding has happened should I just splice in a forearm replacement or do a whole replacement of the stock?

That sounds like a great buy. For some reason the pictures won't come up. I think it would fine to splice a new forearm on. I have done several of these and they look great. Of course the collector value is diminished somewhat so I guess it all depends on how much you want spend. Dupage Trading has the original forearms for sale. Salt Flat
