Please help me help another collector identify this

Hello all, was wondering if anyone here recognized this case that is paired with this m7a3 launcher. The case appears just as old if not older than the launcher itself, but I do not believe it is a grenade launcher case(never seen or heard of that), but a case for something else that the grenade launcher fits nicely in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.thank you

I believe that to be a M7A3 grenade launcher. I would need more detailed photos. See above link.

Thank you 72 usmc, the case is German and the launcher is usgi. It makes sense since the Germans used our m7a3s post world war II, that they would use their grenade launcher cases with our m7A3s as well. He said he'd had it a long time and always thought that case went specifically to that launcher. I told him that I had never seen or heard of a grenade launcher case for usgi launchers, but I would try to find out exactly what he had. Thanks again
