As a youngster I was given a copy of a 1949 gun journal. It had outlined the rifles used in WW1 and WW2 by all major countries. When things came time to toss the magazine, I kept those particular pages with the plates on them as they were the pictures I'd learned the names and mode;ls of the rifles from...still they're tucked in a book here and I'm far downrange now. This is sure the forum for finding guys that look at these pics just for entertainment.
    Regards, Jim
