    Wänzel Extrakorpsgewer 1854/67

Next rifle of my collection - Austrian Wänzel Extrakorpsgewer 1854/67

The Wänzel rifle and carbine was a breechloading conversion of the Lorenz percussion musket M1854 used as the service rifle of the Austro-Hungarianicon Empire.

Original Wänzel is 14x33mm rimfire, but this rifle was converted in 1882 to the 14x45R centerfire.
