Are Curio and Relic licenses still valid in The Peoples Republic of CA?

Can I ship an 03 or Garandicon to a Kalifornia C+R holder, or do I need to get "permission" from the blood sucking leeches the Kalifornia Dept Of "Justice"?

Yes, I have one and you do not need anything but it to bring any of the listed weapons into Kaliforniev.

    Bill is 100% correct

I am a Kalifornia C&R as well - and Bill is correct (kinda) -

You can ship C&R rifles to a Kalifornia C&R all day long - no problems - no extra BS paperwork (that new paperwork / register with the state to ship into Kalifornia ONLY applies to shipments to Kalifornia dealers - C&R are specifically exempted)

Pistols are another story - (but I know you didn't ask) - even C&R listed pistols are supposed to go thru a dealer....

So - wrap that C&R rifle up real good and ship to the address on the C&R License and don't worry about a thing.
