    National Postal Meter

    Is this a possibble original ww2 combination: receiver National Postal Meter with a I.B.M. marked barrel?

    Large numbers of NPM were using IBM Corp barrels at the end of production, spring 1944.
    Look for punch mark near P a few inches down from "IBM Corp"
